PRIVACY POLICY

    1. GENERAL

    2. We process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions of the GDPR, the DSG (Data Protection Act), and the TKG (Telecommunications Act). The website operator named in the imprint is the controller within the meaning of Article 4 (7) GDPR. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Since we handle data very sparingly and do not process data that requires consent by default, this website has neither a cookie (consent) banner nor a cookie bar, unless we install a so-called iFrame at the express request of the customer. In this case, a separate cookie (consent) banner is located directly above the relevant iFrame; any cookies are only set after express consent.

    3. Purpose of processing

    4. The data is processed and stored for the purpose of operating an informal and representative website.

    5. Duration of storage

    6. The data will be deactivated and blocked or permanently deleted once the purpose no longer applies or at the request of the data subject, unless this is contradicted by statutory retention periods.

    7. Legal basis for processing

    8. The data is published in the course of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We thereby pursue the goal of providing the most comprehensive representation of our company and thus the best possible service to users.

    9. Categories of data

    10. We process personal data in the form of website representations, images and, where applicable, moving images, logos, free text, as well as data of the respective visitor when using the contact form.

    11. Categories of recipients

    12. The data is made available to the respective user of the website. These are consumers and businesses. Data provided regarding the use of the contact form is transmitted to the controller to process the request.

    13. Source of the data

    14. The data originates from the controller according to the imprint and, if applicable, from the respective users.

    15. LIABILITY OF USERS

    16. All users are obliged to observe laws, in particular the Data Protection Act, and to indemnify and hold the operator of this website harmless in this regard. The use of contact data published in the context of the imprint obligation by third parties to send unsolicited advertising and information materials is hereby explicitly prohibited. The website operator expressly reserves the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising information being sent, for example, through spam emails. Providing personal data such as name, address, or email address is not required to use this website. We only collect and store this data if and to the extent that you provide it to us voluntarily (e.g., when subscribing to a newsletter).

    17. SOCIAL NETWORKS

    18. This website may contain links that may link to the Facebook portal and/or the Twitter portal. These are identified by corresponding icons such as "f," "t," "facebook," "tweet," etc. The respective social networks have their own privacy policies.

    19. VIDEOS

    20. On our website, we offer you the opportunity to watch film reports via YouTube videos directly via an iFrame embedding. By clicking on a film report, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. This process allows the service provider Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to collect your personal data for the duration of the respective video playback. We do not process or store the aforementioned data. Your consent remains valid until you leave the respective website and is not saved. 21. GOOGLE FONTS

    22. This page uses external fonts, so-called "Google Fonts." These web fonts are integrated via a server call, which in this case is the technical service provider's own server, which has stored the web fonts there.

    23. CONTACT FORM

    24. As soon as you contact us via the contact form on our website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for three months to process your request and in case of follow-up questions, and temporarily by our technical service provider. This data will not be passed on to third parties. The legal basis for processing the data, if the user has given his or her consent, is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. The legal basis for processing data transmitted when sending an email, however, is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. If the email contact is aimed at concluding a contract, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR applies.
